Jennifer M Blatnik VP Marketing

My career objective is to develop great teams focused on impactful contributions. I enjoy leveraging my technical industry experience in Engineering, Business Strategy, Product Management and Marketing to understand a company’s structure, culture and issues and then guide and execute to overcome any challenges for the company to become an industry player.

What We Do

The data that will propel your business to the next level exists at the infrastructure edge. We allow you to capture it, secure it, and use it meaningfully.

The Only Way to Do Edge Computing is Edge Virtualization

Intelligently deploying edge computing resources has to be thoughtfully architected. Leveraging technology from data centers or throwing containers out at the edge are at best partial solutions. Edge virtualization simplifies operational complexity and future proofs the edge for ongoing evolution of your connected operations.

Previously, she was Chief of Staff to Alexis Ohanian, investors and co-founder of reddit. Prior to that, Kat was at WIRED Magazine. Kat has a BS in Communications from Northwestern University.

Y Combinator created a new model for funding early stage startups.

Twice a year we invest a small amount of money ($150k) in a large number of startups.

The startups move to Silicon Valley for 3 months, during which we work intensively with them to get the company into the best possible shape and refine their pitch to investors. Each cycle culminates in Demo Day, when the startups present their companies to a carefully selected, invite-only audience.

But YC doesn’t end on Demo Day. We and the YC alumni network continue to help founders for the life of their company, and beyond.

Of Rebels & Scientists

We make long-term bets on contrarians and outsiders. We believe the next generation of industrialist titans will be scientists, technologists and inventors who are doing more than challenging the status quo—they’re literally challenging the laws of physics.

We partner with mission-driven entrepreneurs who possess an exceedingly rare intellect, a creative imagination and a radical vision. They are driven by the notion that science is the great equalizer.

They thrive in chaos. They are extraordinarily resilient. They work and play with knife-wielding robots, deadly lasers and contagious bacteria.

Our goal is to accelerate the widespread adoption of their most promising creations.

We take big risks on scientific and technological breakthroughs that have the potential for truly radical change.

Bike the Bridge ― Electrified by VanMoof

One of the best ways to get acquainted with San Francisco and surrounding areas is to bike the Golden Gate Bridge to the Marin Headlands.

About the Golden Gate Bridge

Few cities possess an icon that so distinctly pronounces, “I’m here.” New York has the Statue of Liberty, Sydney has its Opera House, but nothing makes you sigh “San Francisco” like the elegant profile of the stupendous Golden Gate Bridge, which links the city peninsula to the forests of Marin County.

The Marin Headlands houses an amazing richness of history and biological diversity due to the variety of habitats and the unique geology of the area.

Discover the many cultures that have called the Marin Headlands home, from the Miwok Indians to the American Military and everything in between. Enjoy a hike through our varied trails, including dog-friendly Rodeo Beach, and take in the astonishing views of the Pacific Coast and San Francisco. Take a drive along Conzelman Road from the northern foot of the Golden Gate Bridge to Point Bonita. This five-mile road offers breathtaking views of San Francisco and the Pacific Ocean. The explosion of wildflowers in the spring and hawk migration in the fall fill the Headlands with year-round excitement.

Dark Chocolate + Coconut + Collagen — HEYFRIDA

Tessa Wanders CEO & Founder

I spent most of my life living abroad (11 different countries) and every time I arrived in a new home, I baked my family recipes. The smell of my mother’s cakes and cookies gave me a sense of immediate familiarity with my new surroundings.

In 2016, in search of a more balanced diet that would benefit my cognitive function, I began studying the power of the low-carb, ketogenic lifestyle. Following a low carb diet did wonders for my figure, but, more importantly, I felt energized and confident to take control in other parts of my life. My new low carb lifestyle helped me pursue a different career path, move to the West-Coast and start training for a triathlon.

Life Changing Nutrition

HEYFRIDA energy bars are both delicious and functional. We have formulated our Dark Chocolate + Coconut + Collagen Energy Bar to hydrate the skin, increase its elasticity, reduce wrinkles and to trigger new collagen production.

Coconuts are known to be highly nutritious, rich in fiber, and packed with essential vitamins and minerals. They support your immune system, improve insulin secretion and help with other symptoms associated with diabetes.

Chocolate has a reputation to increase the mood-lifting neurotransmitter serotonin. So besides looking good on the outside, you’ll also feel great on the inside.

We love dairy for its indulgent flavors, unparalleled nutrition, and versatility, but we don’t like the harmful way it’s produced or the fact that some people can’t enjoy it. Since 2014, we’ve been on a mission to make a better kind of dairy. It’s all part of creating a more sustainable food system for the planet.

We’re doing this by creating milk proteins — casein and whey — that are nutritionally identical to what comes from a cow, but without animals.

Flora-based dairy means dairy produced sustainably using less water, energy, greenhouse gas emissions and land. It means cruelty-free dairy produced without the use of factory farms. It also means dairy free from hormones, lactose, cholesterol, and pathogens that can make our food unsafe.

Welcome Dinner at È Tutto Qua

About È Tutto Qua

Located in the heart of San Francisco's North Beach, È Tutto Qua is in a building with a lot of history. Originally built by Amadeo Giannini, founder of Bank of Italy which he later renamed Bank of America, you can still see his "BA" logo in the stonework above the door. Two story high arched windows surround the dining area, giving great views of the neighborhood and people watching from all angles. The upstairs mezzanine is often used for groups and parties. Our atmosphere is fun and friendly. We hope to make everyone feel welcome here.

About North Beach

North Beach, a buzzy neighborhood steeped in Italian heritage, draws locals and tourists to its checked-tablecloth trattorias, coffee shops and retro-flavored bars. The spirit of the Beat Generation can be felt at the storied City Lights bookstore and the memorabilia-filled Vesuvio Cafe bar. In Telegraph Hill the Filbert Steps offer a scenic hike to the iconic Coit Tower, with WPA-era murals and panoramic views.
