Austen Allred is the co-founder and CEO of Lambda School, a new model of higher education where the school invests in the students rather than the other way around. Lambda School's mission is to find untapped or underutilized talent, and to train that talent for the most in-demand jobs in the world. Founded in 2017, the school provides world-class education and career services to over a thousand students.
Previously, Austen founded Grasswire, an open newsroom that Fortune called "the Wikipedia of news." Born and raised in Springville, UT, Austen now lives in San Francisco with his wife and two children.
